Letters of Recommendation!

Our best advertisment is a happy customer!!!

Prospective Real Estate Clients:

February 21, 2007

Our real estate experiences with Carol Wilson are summarized by two words: top-quality. Beginning in late 2005, we were searching the Indian Wells Valley for an upgrade to our starter home, and were referred to Carol by many of her past clients. We were delighted by her professionalism and extensive knowledge of the local housing market. This was in stark contrast to our past experiences with other realtors in the area, which were less than favorable. She never tried to push us into something we did not really want just to get a sale.

However, in the middle of that search, our realty needs changed. We now required a fast sale of our Inyokern home to be able to leave the area for new jobs in northern California as soon as possible. Thanks to Carol’s well-placed advertisements and her accurate assessment of the proper asking price for our home, we were able to get a full-price offer within one week after placing our home on the market. This occurred during the recent buyers’ market in the valley, with 250-350 houses on the market at any given time. In addition, the 30-day escrow we requested was easily done (during the holiday season, to boot) thanks to Carol’s organization and attention to detail.

We cannot say enough about the quality of real estate service you receive with Carol Wilson. We whole-heartedly recommend her as your agent for the sale of a home, or for searching for a new home in the Indian Wells Valley.

Sincerely,
Brad and Kara Lormand

We just sold our house at full asking price with the help of Wilson and Associates. I am so pleased and thankful for their help through this process because ours was not a simple case. My husband and I live in Germany, and our house was a rental that had been abused by the last tenants.

The house had been under the care of a property manager, so when we saw the photos of the damage left by the renters, we were shocked. And since we were overseas, we felt a little helpless, but Carol and her crew took charge, keeping us informed through phone calls, faxes, photos and emails. They gathered repair estimates and oversaw the work until everything was beautiful again and ready for our Open House. And what an Open House it was! The sign went up, and we had buyers!

We were ecstatic! But the story didn't end there. Our buyers, who had been preapproved, had problems with their lender and the deal looked like it would collapse. But Wilson and Associates held everything together, mediating gracefully between us and the buyers, ensuring that paperwork was filed correctly, and staying in close contact with the bank.

Carol, Preston, and the entire office worked tirelessly, including weekends and evenings, to ensure that the deal went through. And now we've learned that despite the cooling real estate market, we were still able to secure the highest-ever price for a house of our square footage in that part of town.

Be assured that if you put your largest financial asset, your home, in their hands, whether buying or selling, Wilson and Associates will guide you safely through the transaction, providing the individual service your situation requires.

 Sincerely,
U & J Schmiedel

It is with great pleasure that we write a short letter to tell of our home buying experience with Carol Wilson of Wilson and Associates as our broker. Our family was making a move on short notice and had been looking at homes with another realtor, who did not meet our expectations. Things had been a struggle with our young children and the rigor of buying and selling a home, along with moving to a new city. A friend had referred us to Carol. We called her immediately after meeting with the other realtor, and she instantly took us in as her own. “Service From the Heart” is truly an understatement of the service we received with Carol. The service was much, much more than that.

Carol Wilson has met our every need. Carol conducts her business with enthusiasm and caring. She listened to what we wanted, and researched the best homes for the best prices that met the needs of our family. When the sale of our home began to falter in our previous city, she took it upon herself to help us in any way she could, knowing that she was doing it purely out of a desire to help us, and not for any compensation. We found and purchased a beautiful home that we adore with Carol’s help, and it was primarily due to her persistence that we were able to sell our previous home as well.

What has been the most outstanding aspect of the way Carol does business is the fact that your problem becomes Carol’s problem. She shares in your success, and your struggles. Carol performs duties that are not necessarily a necessity to conduct business, but absolutely essential to conduct business successfully. Most realtors are paid the same, so why not get the most for your money? Carol deserves much more than she actually receives. In fact, on a scale of 1-10 for service and satisfaction, she is a 20!

Carol Wilson of Wilson and Associates takes the high road when it comes to customer service and dedication. We recommend her wholeheartedly to any and all who need to buy or sell a home. Not only has our experience been outstanding beyond our expectations, we have met a good friend.

Gratefully,
The Emery Family Clay, Jill, Melissa, Spencer and Connor

To whom it may concern:

In October of 2003 Carol Wilson sold our home in record time (1 day)for ourfull asking price. The home was located in a less than desirable neighborhood as several of the homes in the neighborhood had become rundown and abandoned over the years or sold for well under the market value, which drove down our property value. This made it more difficult to sell our home even though we keep our yard and house in presentable condition. Carol suggested that we make a few minor improvements to the house (repainting the interior and replacing the carpet), which make it look great inside and we were able to get the higher asking price, which more than offset the improvement costs.

Carol was very helpful in taking care of the paperwork and communications with the sub-contractors doing the repairs to our house as at the time my Wife and I were living abroad in Vienna, Austria. This made it more difficult to take care of the paperwork but with Carol's help we were able to get the house through escrow and the various inspections without any trouble and closed on time.

I would highly recommend Carol as either a listing or selling agent.

Sincerely,
Michael Hasting

To whom it may concern:

I would like to express my extreme satisfaction with Carol Wilson’s performance as our real estate agent/broker. Carol went well above and beyond the call of duty to complete the transaction. She called various contractors for work, got estimates, got them started quickly, followed them up, kept our tenants informed, made helpful suggestions, and a multitude of other little things that made our rather complicated sale much easier on us. She knew the answers to almost all of our questions, and those that she had not run across before she researched and promptly got back to us. She was always reachable and on the rare occasions that we had to leave a message, she called us back very quickly. Her service was truly amazing. I cannot recommend her too highly!

Sincerely,
Bruce & Susan Borden

To whom it may concern:

Wilson & Associates from whom I purchased my house is an excellent real estate agent and I would highly recommend her to any person interested in the buying or selling of a home in the Ridgecrest area. Her ability to coordinate and negotiate between buyers and sellers needs was exemplary. My personal experience, which without Wilson & Associates a contract with the difficult seller over a four-month plus period probably would not have been signed.

Carol's knowledge of the real estate contract is exquisite. Her ability to hold the seller to meet the demands of the contract, which the seller had agreed, is admirable. I mention this because it could have cost the buyer (me) an additional $4000 in repairs for which the seller was responsible for and was trying to weasel out of, if it hadn't been for Carol's expertise. I would once again reiterate that Wilson & Associates is whom I would recommend to anyone purchasing or selling a house. I would be glad to talk to anyone seeking further information about my wonderful home buying experience.

To Whom It May Concern:

We strongly recommend Carol Wilson and Wilson and Associates as the best choice for a realtor here in Ridgecrest. Before we met Cart at an open house she was hosting, we had been in contact with three other realtors here. None of these realtors provided us with the expertise and outstanding service that we received from Carol. Her willingness to really listen to our housing needs and desires, sometimes having to be a bit of a mind reader about things we couldn’t really expresses, set her above those other realtors. Unlike there other realtors, we felt that she was really working for our business. She didn’t wait for us to scan the listings for houses we might be interest in, she discovered what we wanted and then continually updated us with what was available, often scheduling appointments after normal working hours to show us these homes.

Carol’s professionalism and expertise really shone through when it came time to make an offer on a home and during closing. When making the offer, her advice on what to offer and what demands to make on the seller proved to be golden. During the closing she prepared all the paperwork in advance and monitored the progress of the entire process. She maintained contact with all those involved in the closing from inspectors, to the lender and escrow office, to make sure everything g was running smoothly and done schedule.

We cannot imagine a more hard-working, professional real estate agent than Carol Wilson. We hope you will choose to make your housing experience as enjoyable and successful ass ours was.

Sincerely,
Brian and Anni Dutton

To whom it may concern,

Moving to the Ridgecrest area from Virginia was quite a challenge. In addition to moving household goods, my wife, Patricia, and I had to contend with changing jobs and lifestyles after the Navy relocated us across the country. With little information to start, we contacted Carol Wilson on a recommendation from a friend. From there, our experience took a positive turn.

We had only a week in Ridgecrest initially to scout the area and possibly find a home in a challenging market, after which, we had to return to Virginia to proceed with our move. Carol was professional and dedicated to us from the start. Her intimate knowledge of the local area and endless resources quickly showed as we began looking at our options. She would take time from her personal schedule to ensure that our needs were catered to, as well as diligently researching all available opportunities. We looked at several houses and, fortunately, found one listed exclusively with Carol that suited our desires. By the end of the week we had decided to make an offer on the house, but had to leave the area to return to Virginia.

Upon leaving the area, Carol was even more involved and effective. The majority of our paperwork was accomplished through electronic means and was always timely and thorough. Carol continuously strove to keep us apprised of any changes that were affecting us as we made our way across country. She would assist with all tasks presented to her in a timely and efficient manner, from home inspections to seeing after required work. From the inital offer, all the way to closing, Carol was meticulous and forth right, never allowing the difficult situation to overwhelm us.

It was our pleasure to have Carol Wilson represent us during our move from Virginia to California. It made an otherwise difficult period, very easy, and has clearly made our choice for Real Estate Representation in the future.

Sincerely,

To whom it may concern: Carol Wilson of Wilson & Associates Realty, worked with us to buy our first home this past summer. She was truly a wonderful realtor that made purchasing our home less stressful. Carol was more than willing to help find the "right" home for us. To whom it may concern: I am happy to recommend Carol Wilson of Wilson & Associates for consideration regarding all of you real estate needs.

I had the pleasure of working with Carol during the entire course of my search for a home in Ridgecrest. She was organized, efficient, and willing to do whatever was needed to get a particular task finished. Because there were often last-minute deadlines, her cooperative attitude and good cheer were important and appreciated by both my wife and I. Although her primary duties were as my agent she time and again went the extra mile to make the sometimes wearying task of finding that perfect home that much easier to bear.

Carol Wilson deserves serious consideration when choosing your next real estate agent, and I recommend her highly.

Dear Future Home Buyer,

To whom it may concern: We were very happy to work with Carol Wilson as our Real Estate Agent. She took the time to answer our questions, she returned every phone call or e-mail message we sent her.

We had to move shortly after our house was put on the market and we felt comfortable leaving everything in her hands. She was trustworthy and handled all the little difficulties that come up while selling a house so we really didn't have to worry about a thing.

She did a great job selling our house quickly and working out a price and offer that we were happy with. If we ever needed to buy or sell a house in Ridgecrest again we would definitely call Carol!

When it came time to sell our house in Heritage Village, we needed a real estate agent to guide us through the process and get us a fair price. Having just completed renting our house, it needed a lot of sprucing up to prepare it for market. We didn't have a clue as to how to go about this—Carol and Ray Wilson did! They truly provide, "service from the heart!" Now I know what it means to provide such service. They will treat your house as if it were their own house they were preparing to sell. We can't thank Carol and Ray enough for all the service they provided—from arranging contractors, to picking out colors and carpet, to coordinating repairs, etc. They truly earn their commission!!! You will never regret choosing Carol and Ray Wilson to handle your real estate transaction. From our hearts to yours— THANKS!!!

Sincerely,
Dennis Ikenoyama & Joyce Ikenoyama

Dear Future Home Buyer,

We are writing to highly recommend Carol Wilson & Associates for real-estate needs. By way of background, we grew up in the valley and our family had one of the original Deeter homes built in 1973. We had been talking informally with Carol for several years about Ridgecrest real estate and were very impressed with Carol's continued diligence in letting us know about current market trends. Recently, we decided it was time to sell the house and contacted Carol again. In a matter of just a few hours, Carol had pulled together all the information we needed in order to make the decision to sell and at what price. Additionally, because we do not live in the area, Carol arranged for the various repairs, cleaning, and inspections to be handled in a timely and efficient manner. We always found her to be available, knowledgeable, and quick to respond! After an offer was accepted, Carol then represented us and the buyer in a professional and fair manner. The house closed within three weeks, thanks largely to Carol's skill in managing all of the parties and the title company. What could have been a stressful experience turned out to be a delight, and we urge others to contact Carol Wilson & Associates for any and all real-estate needs.

To whom it may concern,

Carol represented my husband and myself for our 1st home purchase.

We relocated from Montana , and we knew that we wanted to buy. Before we left Montana I did some researdi and contacted Carol. The day that we arrived to Ridgecrest Carol was ready and took us to see properties.

This was our first time buying, so the experience was new and foreign to us. Carol was extremely helpfiil and knowledgeable. She was there to answer any question, and we had a lot. She definitely went out of her way in order to find us the right place as quickly as possible. I was most impressed by Carol's response time. Even when she was out of town, she was always available.

Sincerely, Lori Schlotfeldt

During the past two years we have bought and sold a residence in Heritage Village employing the services of Wilson & Associates. Carol Wilson handled all of the related paper work involved and the usual financial negotiations in a very professional manner as well as a few problems beyond her obligation as a realtor. Carol is a resident of Heritage Village and as such has the most intimate knowledge of its many advantages and few problems. When it comes to buying or selling property in Heritage Village, Carol Wilson is highly recommended.
